June Ressler is the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Cenergy, the leading global workforce & safety solutions provide for the energy industry. She holds a law degree from the University of Pittsburgh and is admitted to the bar in Pennsylvania and Louisiana.
Many may claim to be a master of juggling, but June proves her expertise in her normal day to day operations --While her company is located in the U.S., Canada, the Netherlands and Australia, she still manages to be everywhere she needs to be and still finds the time to participate in industry professional networks and events. June is a member of the National Petroleum Council and is a national founding partner of “Women Impacting Public Policy” .
The current state of the energy industry brings to the forefront many challenges, top of mind for June is the impending retirement of experienced and expert leaders. She stressed that, “We must capture the wisdom and judgment of those leaving us (retiring Baby Boomers) while getting the next generation of leaders (incoming Millennials) ready to fill their shoes.” June went on to say, “The key is rapid development with a focus on roles that give Millennials as much experience as possible.” She ended that “As we build our future leaders, we need to allow for enough time for mentoring to help build competencies in the workforce that assure safe, reliable operations.”
June describes her team at Cenergy as being "CENERGIZED" because they are all a group of "movers and shakers".
