The search feature in Pink Petro is robust.
You can make use of the following ways to keep track of, and find, everything that's important to you. And remember, as you develop behavior patterns in the community, Pink Petro will recommend relevant content, people, and places based on your activity.
Search for something specific:
The Spotlight Search is a quick way to look for things you already know about or have good keywords for if you're just looking generally. Just start typing your keywords in the Spotlight Search box in the upper right and Pink Petro will list suggested content. If what you want is listed there, just click on it. If not, click Show 5 more to see if it's listed there. If you don't see what you're looking for, press Enter to see all matching results on the main search page. From there, you can create more complex and filtered searches.
You'll have the option to refine your search to a specific space, project, group, or person. You can also choose a search time frame.
From any piece of content, you can create a bookmark by clicking Bookmark in the right-hand menu. Later, to find the content you've bookmarked, just click the Search box at the top right. From there, click Bookmarked. If you don't see your bookmarked content there, scroll to the bottom and click Show all bookmarks. Be sure to read Using Bookmarks to learn how to bookmark like a pro.
Frequently and Recently Viewed:
You can look at your Jive browsing history of Content, People, and Places by clicking the Search box at the top right and then selecting either Frequently Viewedor Recently Viewed. If you don't see what you need from the list, scroll down and click Show 5 more.
