Fossil Fuels Will Save the World (Really)

There are problems with oil, gas and coal, but their benefits for people—and the planet—are beyond dispute, writes Matt Ridley.

What do you think?  This was a widely debated article last week on the WSJ.  I think the author makes some really good points.  I find it interesting that the world has become more and more reliant on carbon sources, yet we are getting better at being efficient and lowering CO2 emissions.

In times like these you don't see alternative projects getting funded.  I'm curious to hear what you think though.
