I'm doing a daily practice to remind myself what I'm grateful for--please join me. It has been shown that folks who write this down are happier, and oddly enough, exercise more (Self-Compassion, Neff, 2011).
1. I'm grateful that my husband is still around and keeps on being with me and supporting me despite my mood swings (to put it lightly).
2. I'm grateful for my two kids because they brought awareness of the generous spirit back into my life.
3. I'm grateful that I listened to myself to get an X-ray on my broken wrist when the other doc just thought it was a broken thumb. Now I have a rad cast.
Grateful for clean air.
