This article made me stop and pause. The article starts out stating "it's time to reevaluate how women handle conflict at work." It goes on to talk about a survey where they found twice as many women feel exhausted as men. Unfortunately women have more of a tendency to say yes to tasks when they should say no and this causes women to have more on their plate or being spread thin.
I am interested in hearing from the members of Pink Petro on their tactics of saying "no" or things they have learned along the way to help them to say "no" when it is the best answer.
I have gotten better at this over the years, but I know I was horrible at saying "no" earlier on!
