HBR study of Diverse Teams

Interesting article in Harvard Business Review, where they studied diverse vs. homogeneous teams and found that the diverse teams performed better, doubling their chance of success.  They also studied perceptions and found that with nothing else in a scenario different, persons perceived a diverse team to be harder to work with.
