Quick time management suggestion for end of the year "overwhelm".
Wow. Um awesome. You're a pro. This is so neat to get to hear your voice !! Thanks for the following up with this video post.

Jun Ma - I fully expect now that you will be doing video polls!!!
Thanks for the compliment Ms Katie Mehnert! Great choice in software - so easy to use!
I am impressed. I have not racked up the nerve to the video thing yet. Indeed it would save me time drafting a post. I am feeling a 4th quarter last minute STRETCH goal coming on....
Paula Waggoner-Aguilar - the video thing . . . SUPER easy! The tech on this site is so easy to use (click "start recording" click "stop recording")!!! I put this off for about a month . . . and told Katie Mehnert I would upload one this week. Then I shot 8 videos for my blog and website this morning and forgot to do THIS ONE! (Typically my process is - hair, make-up, blank background, shoot & edit videos, then upload) So, right before leaving my office, I said to myself, "Be a woman of your word, just shoot one, who cares if it isn't perfect." So - you got me . . . messy office . . . dog barking . . . crazy hair . . . and almost no makeup . . . and a video created in 4 weeks and 3 minutes. (Ha ha - 4 weeks of procrastination, 1.5 minutes to figure out the tech, 1.5 minutes to shoot the video!)
Not sure what's holding you back . . . for me it was the tech . . . but whatever it is . . .)
(Long way to the point) . . . just do it! Not as hard as you think!
Thanks for inspiring me. I may try this out in my office in Houston!
